First up apologies for not posting in a while. Life’s been a bit busy. In the meantime I’ve been powering through with the online trading, thats been pulling in a constant income, Though I have to say there’s been some hard times at the end of the financial year (july) but things freed up again later on. I haven’t levelled up in the trading as I’d hoped, but lets be honest. I’m still making money so hey, can’t complain.
THE JOYS OF MULTIPLE INCOME STREAMS
I had 2 strategies of trading and one of mine failed 🙁 . This does suck but I hadn’t put a lot of money into it. I tried out the platform and it seems to work well, and it does pay out so no issues there. I’ll let it rest a few weeks and jump back in. To put this in perspective I’ve generated a few small streams and to loose one, isn’t great but its not the end of the world either. I’m still making around $200 a week more than I would be if I hadn’t started doing this. No mean feat I think!
PROGRESS IS PROGRESS
This I guess can be a bit of mind set lesson if nothing else. I’m not quite where I wanted to be right now but if you put it in perspective I still have a steady stream of income coming in aside from my job, which really means a lot to me. Personally I’m starting to get on top of things a little and this means I can actually enjoy that extra income rather than just paying debts and not seeing anything from my effort.
I’ve also been involved in a lot of focus groups. I wrote about this earlier but of late I’ve managed to score a few of these things which has generated over $500 in the last couple of months alone. This has really helped the weekly budget. Since I’ve been making a bit of sideline income off this I haven’t been as militant about taking the surveys (which you might remember I was making $30 a week from) but thats cool I’ve found something to basically double the income with half the work. Lets face it we only have so many hours in a day, there’s no point working myself into the ground. What I need to do now I’ve found a few income streams is to find the ones that deliver the best bang for my time.
I’ve started a few other things as well, but they’re taking a long time to show any results but i’ll keep posting about these as soon as some results come in either way.
